Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399 within India.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location or unforeseen conditions.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability.
Courier Partners: We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges: International shipping is chargeable and varies depending on the destination. Charges will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Time: International deliveries may take up to 30 days, depending on location, customs clearance, and logistics.
Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in our charges. These will need to be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its status.
If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Important Information

If the courier status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please notify us within 24 hours. Courier companies do not accept disputes after 48 hours.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or other unexpected events.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
